Greg Bohannon brings a rare combination of legal insight, entrepreneurial experience, and engineering discipline to his legal practice. With a background in Industrial Engineering and over 20 years of firsthand experience as the owner of multiple independent pharmacies, Greg understands the challenges and opportunities business owners face—because he’s been in their shoes.
Before practicing law, Greg spent two decades building and managing successful small businesses. This unique perspective informs his legal approach: practical, results-driven, and client-focused. He knows what it means to be a client, to make tough decisions, and to rely on trusted advisors.
Greg’s practice is centered around serving independent pharmacies, dental practices, and small to mid-sized businesses, particularly in complex areas such as mergers and acquisitions, ownership transitions, and strategic planning.
